Assemble ingredients
Start by boiling water with a pinch of salt and add rigatoni till done

Boil baby boil.. Make sure noodles are boiled till tender

Drain and cool noodles and let noodles stand

Over a low heat melt your butter

Now slowly whisk in flour

It will thicken and bubble

Slowly whisk in your milk making sure its not lumpy as you add the milk

Once sauce is like paint texture you can move on

Next grate in your fresh cheese while whisking

Make sure it's a smooth creamy texture

Dice onion and green pepper and whisk in with dry spices

Butter your baking dish

Add noodles and pour over the cheese sauce

Bake on 400 degrees for 30 mins and let stand
