Gather all ingredients

Put in a cup of almond milk

1-2 scoops of chocolate protein

Half a cup of non-fat yougurt

Half a cup of pineapple

3/4 cups of berries

Another 1/2 cup of almond milk on top

Half cup of crushed ice

Blend well

Test for consistency, if too thick add more almond milk

Serve and enjoy😊
