Try to slice the bread very thin, it's ok if it's a little thick, your choice
Put plastic wrap on the table and the bread on top like in the photo
Put the béchamel sauce on top of the bread to make it soft and easy to roll it
Put a lair of ham all over the bread
Then slice the Brie cheese an put a lair too
After that a lair of manchego cheese
Cut it on a half and roll it up
Like this 😬 then take the plastic out and cut it in small pieces to bread it easily
Once is cut pass it down in egg and after that the bread crumbs

Dip fry them in hot hot hot oil until you get a nice golden-brown color
Like this, for the sauce boil the potatoes, then sauté them whit onion and tuna, blend it and ad the cream at the end, put salt and pepper
Serve it on a spoon, and put the sauce on top, enjoy it 😘
- 1.0 Loaf of brioche
- 1/2kg Ham
- 1/4kg Manchego cheese
- 1/4kg Brie cheese
- 1.0c Bechamel sauce
- 2.0c Eggs
- 2.0c Bread crumbs
- 1/3 Can of tuna
- 1.0c Manufactured cream
- 1/4kg Boiled potatoes
