Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (NOT wax paper).

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Rinse bacon under cold running water (I'm using a plate here only because rinsing bacon under water while taking pictures is surprisingly difficult).

Into the oven for 20-25 minutes at 376°F.

20-25 minutes later, mmmmm... bacon.

Drain and pat down (lightly) on paper a towel.

Voila! Picture perfect yummy bacon!

So good! Now, just one more thing...

...put on your shoes and go for a run—'cause you're going to be eating a LOT of bacon now.
