Combine beef tips, tomatoes, broth, picante sauce, corn, carrots, onion, garlic, cumin and salt into a 5 qt slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender.

Mix water and flour in a bowl. Stir into the meat mixture. Cover again and cook for 1 hour or until stew has thickened.

  • 2.0lb Beef tips, cut into 1" cubed
  • 1/2oz Can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2oz Can beef broth, undiluted
  • 8.0oz Jar mild picante sauce
  • 10.0oz Package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 3.0 Carrots, cut 1/2" thick
  • 1.0 Onion, cut into small wedges
  • 2.0 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2c Water
  • 1/4c All-purpose flour
