Gather your supplies.
Measure out 1 oz of Jack Daniels or your favorite whiskey. You can either put this in the marinade or put it on the grill with the chicken. You can also leave this out.
Measure out 4 oz of Worcestershire sauce and add it to the Jack.
Add 2 oz of liquid smoke to the mixture.
Add 1 tsp of black pepper to the mixture.
Add 1 tsp of cumin to the mixture.
Add 1 tsp of chili powder to the mixture. I usually put an extra tsp, but I was making it for someone that can't really handle spices. ;)
Add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper to the mixture. Again, I usually add 2 tsp.
Add 1 tsp of onion powder to the mixture.
Add 2 tsp of garlic salt to the mixture.
Add 2 tsp of minced onions to the mixture.
Add 3oz of chicken broth to the mixture.
When all the ingredients are added, mix everything together.
Slice an onion.
Add the onions to the mixture and mix everything together.
Slice a bell pepper and add it to the mixture.
Pour a tsp of olive oil in a pan over high heat.
Sautée the veggies for 10 minutes and make sure it doesn't burn.
Sorry -- I forgot to take a photo, but slice 2 large chicken breast and add it to the bowl the onions and peppers were in.
Move the onions and peppers to one side of the grill.
Add the chicken to the pan.
Cook the until the chicken is done. (It should be around 3-4 mins on each side)
Mix everything together after the chicken is cooked and serve!
Garnish how you would like by adding avocados or cheese. Serve on a tortilla or without and enjoy! (This is the healthier option)
