Preheat oven to 220 °C (430 °F)
Cut the cheese into strips. Each strip about 1 centimeter (0.5 in) wide and 2.5cm long (1 in). Reserve it
Cut each sheet of puff pastry into long strips, three times longer than the cheese strips
Place the "tequeños" on a baking tray. If you want you can use a pastry brush to sprinkle some milk on the surface of each tequeño, in order to make them more golden brown
Lower the oven temperature to 180 ºC (350 ºF) and bake them until they are golden brown, ie, approximately 30 minutes
Enjoy and serve them while they're still hot and the cheese is melted inside
