How to make temporary tattoo

Here is the stuff you need :)

To start the tattoo grab the eyeliner pen (DO NOT USE THE PENCIL)

Draw what you want on where ever you want and let it dry Sorry it looks bad I was trying to do one fast

Then take the hairspray and spray on it makes sure you don't use watery hairsprey make sure its the fast dry one

Then put some baby powder on it and just rub on it after the hairspray drys just blow off the extra baby powder

Then spray some more hairspray and bam your done :)
