Heat up salty pasta water

Grate the zucchini


Throw in pasta

Add olive oil - don't be shy, it adds texture and taste

Add anchovies

Break up the anchovies and add garlic and crushed pepper

Zucchini in

Cook for a few minutes, no longer, it needs to stay juicy

Grate some Parmesan cheese

Pasta out, add olive oil so it won't stick

Mix everything together

Parmesan cheese and you're all set!
