How to make tasty texas brisket

This recipe takes 18 hours to cook for a delicious Texas style brisket. This recipe was on big oven and submitted by red with a few alterations on my part.

Put the brisket in a large pan and pour 1 tsp of lemon juice on top of the brisket. You want the fat side down at this point because you will coat the other side.

After 6 hours, the brisket is ready to eat! Slice the brisket or shred the brisket and make a BBQ sandwich. Brisket also stays good for a while, so you can use it in all kinds of different recipes.

Serve with your favorite sides. Traditional Texas sides are potatoes, corn, or rolls. Usually the brisket doesn't need BBQ sauce, but you can add some to spicy it up.
