Add your eggs into a saucepan of cold water and bring it to the boil, as soon as the water starts to bubble remove pan from the heat
Leave the eggs sit in the boiling water for 15 mins
After the 15 mins is up transfer the eggs into iced water to stop the cooking and cool them down, leave in the iced water for about 10 mins
Once the eggs are cool peel them
Next you need to roughly chop the eggs
Add the eggs into a large bowl
Next it's time to add the rest of the ingredients, first is 1 tsp of paprika
A good helping of dill
A tsp of Dijon mustard
And a about 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Add the salt and pepper then With a spoon gently mix everything together, you should then taste it and add any more mustard, dill, paprika or mayonnaise to taste.
And there you have it! Can be eaten straight away or refrigerated for later use, tastes great in a crusty baguette with fresh salad or piled on top of a jacket potato, enjoy!
