STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Ok, let's get started... In a mixing bowl, whisk together all your dry ingredients except the cheese.
You'll want to get all of the rest of the ingredients ready so you can add them sort of quickly. Add the water first, stir for about 10 seconds, then add the rest and keep stirring.
Adding the water first allows it to cool just enough so as not to cook the eggs when they are added.
Whisk everything until it is all well incorporated.
Place wax paper on a baking sheet. Then place about a tablespoon of the mix on the paper and spread it very thin.
Bake at 325 F for about 25 minutes or until the edges begin to brown (similar to cookies).
Set them on a plate and let them cool for about 20 minutes. If they aren't crispy, you may not have spread the chips thin enough. (**Thinly enough? Where are the grammar police when you need them?**)
Alternatively, you can spread a big ole batch on the baking pan and cook the whole thing at once.
Same thing, 325 F for about 25 min. Then just break it up into pieces.
Bada-bing bada-boom! There you have it. A delicious little snack that is as easy as it gets.
