Prep food. Cut food into any shape you like.
Slightly cook chicken
Stir fry ginger, garlic and green onion first.
Then add chicken
Add cooking wine. 3 tbs
Add soy sauce 2 tbs
Add sugar 1 tbs
Cook for 20 mins then mix some basil for extra flavor.
If you like spicy, add some chilli pepper now. And here is your 3 cu chicken!
