Preparing the sauce base
Continuing the sauce base
Mixing fish sauce into sauce base which is tomato and sweet chili saucer
Sauté garlic and ginger in peanut oil
Add sauces and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce.
Add boiling water to rice and gently simmer for 10-15 minutes
Chop spring onions
Sauté prawns In peanut oil
When prawns are cooked, add spring onion
Stir
Add snow peas and stir for a minute or two
Add sauce base and stir for a minute
Plate rice
Place chilli prawns on top
Ready to eat!
