Add cooked rice, garlic, saffron, salt and pepper, yogurt. To make saffron water grind 1/2 tsp of saffron threads & add 3 tablespoon boiling water
Spray cupcake pan with canola oil
Place in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then place an aluminum foil on top and place back in oven for another 15 minutes.
