STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Gather your ingredients!
Put a pan over medium heat to heat up.
Spray with cooking spray. I used a coconut oil spray!
Add salt to the pan.
Add pepper!
Add ground turkey or ground beef, and cook!
Spray your crockpot. It helps the food from sticking or burning some!
Open your canned beans
Add in your 15oz can of mild chili beans.
Open your canned beans
Add in your 15oz can of kidney beans.
Open your canned corn.
Add in the 15 oz can of corn.
Open your canned tomatoes and green chili.
Add in your 15oz can of tomatoes and green chilies.
Open your canned beans
Add in your 15 oz can of pinto beans. The smallest can I could find was 30oz. I don't mind and like it with the extra beans.
Open your canned beans
Rinse your 15 oz can of black beans until the water runs clear. This will be the only beans you drain and rinse.
Add into the crockpot!
Stir all the beans and corn together well.
Keep cooking your meet until no longer pink.
Add in a packet of ranch dips seasoning.
Add in the taco seasoning packet.
Stir well together.
Take a potato masher and mash the meat to help break it up into smaller pieces better.
Should look like so!
Add the meat to the crock pot.
Stir well together.
If you want a more broth based soup add some water. I added about a cup.
Put on the lid! The crock pot with a stirring attachment is awesome. Just make sure to use the silver paddle since it is a meatier dish.
Set the crock pot on low for 6 hours. Make sure to turn on the auto stir!
Beep! Beep! Times up!
Garnish and enjoy!!! You could also have shredded lettuce on the side and using the scoops tortilla chips make mini taco bites!
