Cook ground beef thoroughly. Drain & follow instructions to mix in taco seasoning.
I chose egg roll wrappers for a deeper bowl.
Place two wonton wrappers in the middle of a large upside down muffin pan. No coating needed if using nonstick pan.
Place in oven on 250 degrees and take out until edges are golden. Be careful when pulling wrappers apart. You should have 4 bowls now.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese in each bowl and place back into oven until cheese is melted.
Fill bowls with ground beef, more cheese, sour cream and any other topping you'd like and pair with Spanish rice.
