Prepare your peppers by washing clean
Keep spicy peppers separate until mixing
Clean insides of peppers
More peppers
Slice then dice
Not to small
Mix all chopped peppers in a bowl
Prepare vinagar and sugar equal parts of each
Prepare jars sterilize ect
Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves
Pour in peppers
Cook on low hear until syrup like consistency
Should have a shinny glaze when done to be safe low heat 45 min
Jar until serving, best when used as topping on cream cheese and served with crackers or just as a dip on its own
