First toast the cashews in the oven at 180c for 10min
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 8mins....
My blender has the function to blend and boil but if yours doesn't...just blend and then boil at the stove:))
- 200g cashew nut
- 60g rock sugar or castor sugar
- 600ml water
