INGREDIENTS

Mix the cubes of dori fish fillet with soy sauce, add some corn flour and mix well. Deep fry the fillet until it looks a bit crunchy

Chop garlic, shallots and ginger. Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, cook the chopped ingredients until it turns yellowish.

Add some chili powder, mix with water. Add ketchup, chili sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and sugar. Tips:putmore sugar to make it sweeter so that it will go well with sour taste of lime juice)

Add carrot, capsicum, green pepper, onion and pineapple into the mixture. Add the fried dori fish fillet and stir well. Wait until it blends well with the gravy.

  • 2 cloves of Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 shallots (chopped)
  • 1 inch of ginger (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice (could use orange extract)
  • 1 onion (cut into cube/ dices)
  • 1 Dori fish fillet (cut into small dices)
  • Ketchup sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Chili powder
  • Capsicum/ green pepper (cut into dice)
  • Carrot (cut into dice)
  • Pineapple cubes
  • Oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Corn flour
  • Salt and sugar
