Get 3 cups of brown rice
Put 3 cups of rice in a bowl
Boil 3 cups of water
Once water is boiling, add the 3 cups of rice
Cover for 1 minute. Open and stir, then put lid back on and let it sit
Put 1 Tbs of vegetable oil in frying pan
Spread oil around
Get ready to cut your peppers up
Cut half of each pepper up
Put in pan
Turn your heat on medium. Stir your peppers in the oil and let sauté for 10 minutes
Cut your chicken into small pieces
Cut your chicken into small pieces
Set peppers aside and let chicken cook in the same pan on medium-high heat
Cook chicken until golden brown on each side
Reduce heat to low and add your sweet and sour sauce. Then raise to medium heat, stir, and set for 3 minutes
Add in your peppers and stir
Add in your pineapple including the juice and stir.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat
Add your rice to your plate
Add the mixture on top of the rice and serve 😊
