Add olive oil to the pot first let that heat up. Then add short ribs and seasonings . Sear all sides of meat . Add onion ,garlic and pepper paste and honey, beef stock Let simmer with lid on.

Here is the finished results of the short ribs. Overall I let them cook for an hour on low heat but you need to make sure you watch the amount of liquid in the pot . I did have to add more midway .

The yellow rice I used. I used this after the short ribs were done cooking ,there was some liquid left over so I just added the rice and more beef stock and garlic and pepper paste and simmer 25min
