INGREDIENTS
Pour 6 cups of sushi rice into a bowl
Boil rice for 15 minutes and then let it simmer for 15 minutes
Then prepare your fillings
Marinate the Chicken
Fry the chicken
Drain the Tuna
All you have to do for the Salmon is take it out of the package.
Slice the Avacadoes
This is what everything should look like once prepared
Lay out the bamboo may, placing the seaweed on top. Then squeeze some mayonnaise on your hands to stop the rice sticking
Then lay a handful of rice in the middle of the sushi, before spreading it out among evenly around seaweed.
Then for each of the sushi's, add avocado and mayonnaise
Salmon
Tuna
Chicken
Then for all of the sushi's, press down firmly on the bamboo mat, making sure that all of the fillings are all tightly compacted
You may also wish to add an extra layer of rice to your sushi's by placing some rice underneath the seaweed to begin with.
