Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil; add salt to taste, if desired. Add pasta and cook to "al dente" as directed on box

  • 1.0 15oz can red kidney beans
  • 2.0 bell peppers (any color)
  • 2.0c Catalina Dressing
  • 1.0 10oz can Original Rotel
  • 6-8 scallions
