Defrost to room temperature a box of store bought pie crust.

Roll out the dough and using any shape cookie cutter that you like, cut out sections o dough.

Use a jam that is delicious!

Place just enough jam on each pastry to cover bottom. Too much will cause seepage.

Cover with top dough, brush with egg wash. Take a fork and pinch the sides all around. Push fork into top a few times to make holes for the steam to escape.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. enjoy!
