Gather all the necessary ingredients and tools needed to make your awesome pancakes (water not shown).
Measure the complete pancake mix, apple sauce and cinnamon.
Add pancake mix, apple sauce and cinnamon to your bowl. Mix ingredients together. Batter will be lumpy (don't worry, this is fine).
See, lumpy! Add the water and mix well.
No lumps, yay! Your batter should look like this.
Heat your griddle to 250 degrees. If you are using a pan, set your stove top to med heat.
Spoon your batter onto to the griddle or pan. Just eye ball it. As you can see size does not matter here.
Cook on one side for 2-4 minutes. At this time you should see open air pockets forming in your pancakes. Now it's time to flip!
Light and golden brown. Cook for about 1 minute and have your plate ready...
I was able to get 11 pancakes from the batter. Yours may differ depending on how much batter you put on the griddle or pan.
Top with desired syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon. Whip cream would be a good addition as well.
Yum! You can see the specks of cinnamon through out the pancakes. This is my first guide. I hope you all enjoy it! Happy eating!
