Gather all your ingredients. Before you start, put some of the bread in water to soften it up. It can be stale bread. The thicker you want the soup, the more bread you need
Add oil, pepper, cucumber, garlic, a bit of bread, a bit of the tomatoes and some water to a blender. I love garlic, so I used 4 cloves this time.
Sieve the mix into a bowl so get a smooth soup. Now you keep adding tomatoes, bread and water until you finish with the tomatoes. More bread=thicker if you want more of a soup consistency
End result. Now you add vinegar and salt to taste so go slowly. I wanted it as a drink so I added very little bread . As a cold soup, you can have it with croutons, cucumber dices, boiled egg, etc
