How to make super easy bacon/ribeye stuffed puff waffle
I got this idea from a blogger call luxirare she awesome check her blog out

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
rib eye salt and pepper Grated cheese Slice red onion
Tray up ur bacon put them in the oven for 5 min (depend on ur oven) then flip continue till crispy

Add butter and abit of oil red onion med cook till soft
Then add balsamic vinegar stir then continue cook till onion caramelize
If they look like they getting burn just abit of water and reduce down add pepper and salt
Cook till soft and caramelize
Pan fried rib eye to med rare (it will continue cooking in the waffle maker) let it rest in foil
Stir fried mushroom with butter salt an pepper add rosemary if u have
Slice beef thinly
Cut ur puff pastries in to two
Take everything u prepare to the waffle machine
Layer down first puff pastry add ur onion

The. Mushroom and ur crispy bacon
Add a table spoon of tomato purée each side
Cover with anothe puff pastry and snap it down and waittt keep checking on them
Cook till they are this color
Cut them up trim the access
Yummmm too bad I didn't have any fresh mozzarella around
Top with bacon and abit if maple syrup done

- 100.0g Rib eye
- AnyCheese better with mozzarella
- 1.0 Red onion
- Balsamic vinegar
- 3.0 Button Mushroom
- 1.0 Waffle machine
- 2.0Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1.0 Puff pastries
