How to make super bowl jello shots
A fun way to celebrate your favorite teams at Super Bowl time! Simply change the colors to suit the year!
Gather your ingredients! I realize one of my jello packets is sugar free. And that's not Knox brand gelatin. It's all ok. :)
Heat 1c water in microwave safe bowl for 2.5-3 mins. Add blue jello & stir until completely dissolved. Whisk in 1c chilled vodka.
Pour equal amounts into serving cups. Chill for one hour, or until firm. I picked up a 50 pack of cups & lids at Target for a few bucks, but only used 35 for this.
Heat 1/2c water and 1/2c vodka in microwave safe bowl for 2.5-3 mins. Whisk 2 packets gelatin until dissolved.
Whisk in 1c chilled piña colada mix.
Add equal amounts to each cup. Chill for one hour, or until firm.
Heat 1c water in microwave safe bowl for 2.5-3 mins. Whisk in lime jello until dissolved. Stir in 1c chilled vodka, then - you guessed it! Pour equal amounts into half the cups & chill until firm.
For some reason, I neglected to photograph the orange layer. Follow the same steps as for the green layer!
Cover and refrigerate until game time!
