Ingredients
I decided after the fact to go with a balsamic reduction rather than vinegar for its thickness
Cut the ends off of both vegetables, then in half into more manageable pieces to work with
Slice them down the middle long ways then in half moons
Smash your garlic as discussed in my other guides; remove peel
Place all in preheated grill pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper
Here you could add some butter if you'd like to help your veggies to brown a bit
When they taste right put them in a serving dish, mix in olive oil and drizzle with balsamic reduction..Enjoy! (Crunch-crunch!!)
