How to make summer flower nails

Start with your base coat

Paint your nails black (or which ever color you want)

with a bobby pin/ dotting tool, make 4 dots for the base of the flower

Add another colour if you'd like

Add another colour if you'd like

With a toothpick or nail pen, use the same colour as your base colour an do small dots toward the middle of the flower

Add a dot of the same colour of the flower in the middle of the flower

Top coat, and then you're done!
