Knead chapati flour with water to form a soft to medium firm dough
Take a handful and roll into a ball
Roll out to a small ish circle and spread with softened butter. Then spread a spoonful of sugar followed by a spoonful of cinnamon
Fold two sides in, then the opposite sides to form a square
Roll out, turning frequently to help keep the square shape
Place on a hot crepe pan or frying pan
Lightly cover with butter when you turn in over after a few mins
And repeat with butter on the other side
Serve hot- vanilla ice-cream optional
