Place mushroom in pan, and cook on both sides until golden brown

Dice up 1.5 Cup Onion, Zucchini, Red & Green Pepper. 1 Garlic Clove

Turn on Toaster oven to broil

Put Mushroom on oven safe plate

Add 1 Slice of your favorite Cheese

Place cooked veggies on top

Add tomatoes

Add another Slice of your favorite Cheese on top

Place in toaster oven until melted
