Gently wash and pat strawberries dry, then core them. (See my guide on how to core strawberries in one step)
For the filling use yogurt cheese, ricotta, cream cheese or any ingredient that will not drip. Stuff strawberries before dipping.
Dip each fruit in the sake and shake off excess.
Roll tip of dipped strawberries into sugar to add another texture. Not too much sugar as this sake is sweet.
