NOT: YOU SHOULD MIX THE RICE LAST
Stuff the peppers ( remember to taste the filling before for taste)
Put them in a pot
Add one glass of water
NOT: AFTER WATER BOILS IT LL TAKE AROUND 1 HOUR TO FULLY COOK. TRY NOT TO OVER COOK

- 9.0 Bell peppers
- 150.0 Ground beef
- 1.0bnch Parsley
- 2.0 Tomatoes
- 2.0 Green peppers

- 1.0pch Salt
- 1.0pch Crushed Red pepper
- Oil
- 1.0tsp pomegranate molasses
- Rice ( one palm size for each pepper)

- 1.0Tbsp Tomato paste
