How to make strawberry soup

I was making a big batch for company. You can adjust for smaller amounts.

Wash strawberries. Cut off stem and any bad spots. Cut strawberries in half.

Dump strawberries in blender, add cream and sugar, a tablespoon at a time.

Liquify strawberries in blender.

Pour in bowl, keep in refrigerator with lid on until ready to serve.

Squirt of whipped cream and strawberry piece for garnish. Delicious!
