Gather your ingredients.
Mix 1 1/4 c sugar and 1/3 c flour.
Pour 1 teaspoon almond extract onto 3 c fresh strawberries.
Combine flower mixture with strawberries.
Place strawberry mixture in pie crust.
Place pieces of butter on top of strawberries.
Cover the pie.
Bake for 40-45 min at 425 F (220 C).
Rest for 15 minutes and enjoy.
