Ingredients: 1-1/4 cups of self raising flour; 2 tbsp honey; 2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 egg whites; whipped lightly; 1 cup milk; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 2 tbsp butter; Approx 2 cups strawberries

Add the dry ingredients together and mix well.
Add all the wet mixtures together. Don't forget to melt the butter.
Season the pan with butter.
Pour mixture into the pan.
