First, you need to squeeze your lemons to get your fresh lemon juice. Make sure to remove big clumps and seeds.
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.
Process until creamy with no clumps.
Serve immediately or put in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month.
1. If you want a sweeter taste you can add more agave nectar or honey. 2. You can use fresh strawberries but they have to be frozen solid.
- 4.0c frozen strawberries
- 3.0Tbsp agave nectar OR honey
- 1/2c plain yogurt
- 1.0Tbsp fresh lemon juice
