Ingredients and method
Blitz biscuits
Cut butter into small pieces
Place butter into mixer with biscuit crumbs and blend until well combined
Once biscuit and butter is well combined press firmly into spring form tin
Cut cream cheese into small pieces
Place cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla extract and icing sugar into mixer, and mix until well combined and no lumps remaining.
Lightly whip cream and blend with cream cheese mixture
Once finished mixing all the ingredients add to spring form tin on top of biscuit base
Release outer edge of spring form tin
Whip some more cream and place on top of cake
Place fresh washed and chopped strawberries onto cake
