INGREDIENTS
After gathering all of the supplies, crush the cookies into pieces ( or blender it..) it doesn't matter as long as it crushed become sand-like
Melt 125g of butter and mix it with cookie crumbs
Flatten the mixture into the cake pan. Put it on refrigerator for a while. And you're done making the base! 😉
For the filling, slice 500g of cream cheese (room temperature) into cubes
Mix the cream cheese with 3/4 cup of caster sugar, 3/4 cup of sour cream(you can change this with plain yoghurt)
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tsp of lemon juice
Put it on preheated oven (160•) for about 1 hour
Let it cool for 2 hour and put it on refrigerator
