INGREDIENTS
Chop up your bell pepper, cucumber, Tofu, baby corn, kale, and clean your enoki
Add tiny bit of olive oil, garlic, & some ginger Then first put your tofu so it can get some color. Throw in all your vegetables In a sauce pan cook some soba noodles or any other kind of noodles
Mix your soba and stir-fry in pan, add a bit of soy sauce (to preference) And you have some yummy soba noodle stir-fry :)
