Ingredients 500g of green prawns 2 tbsp, rice bran oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 bunches of garlic chives 2 tbsp, tamari soy sauce 1 tbsp, mirin 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 packet soba noodles Coriander.

Heat water until it boils.

Crush the garlic.

Finely cut the garlic chives.

Wash coriander and finely chop.

Add noodles to boiling water.

Heat wok with rice bran oil.

Add prawns then garlic.

Add chives and stir-fry until chives wilt.


Add soy, mirin and sesame until fragrant.

Take the noodles from the boiling water and without draining it put in the wok and stir-fry.

Add coriander then serve!

What's good about it: You get essential fatty acids from the prawns, vitamins from the coriander, garlic and chives. The soba noodles are great for people who are gluten intolerant.
