Ingredients Beans Broccoli Capsicum Carrots Chilli Cabbage Mushrooms Snow peas Cauliflower Bok Choi Red Onion Lemon Grass Beef Strips 700g
Next we move on to carrots where we remove both ends and peel away the skin
With the beans simply cut off both ends and cut in half
Remove stringy part of snow pea and cut the large ones in half
Rinse and slice the woody end bits off the Bok Choi Then slice in half and separate leafy bits and woody bits
Slice onion into thirds and then place with lemon grass and chilli
Place Olive Oil into a wok then add onion, chilli and lemon grass
Once added stir occasionally and then add the woody vegetables
Once the woody vegetables are added stir them around so they can be dressed in a nice coat of oil
Then add the 700g beef strips and again stir around until the strips lose the red colour
The last step is to add the quicker cooking vegetables. Continue to cook until the Bok Choi is moist
Once this cooking is finished you may like to accompany it with some rice Serve, Share and ENJOY :)
