Mix all of these ingredients to make sauce and set aside.
Cook the udon noodles according to directions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Cut cabbage, onion, carrot and meat to bite-sized pieces. (I used fish tofu instead of meat and it was delicious! I also omitted onion because I didn't know I ran out of it :S)
Heat vegetable oil and brown your meat first. Add cabbage, onion and carrot. Saute over medium high heat for a few minutes.
Add cooked udon noodles and sauce to the pan. Stir fry until all ingredients are covered with sauce.
Now your stir-fired udon is ready to serve.
- 2.0 Udon noodles
- 8.0oz Meat of your choice
- 1/4 Cabbage
- 1/2 Onion
- 1.0 Carrot
- 1.0Tbsp Vegetable oil
