Cook the udon noodles according to directions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cut cabbage, onion, carrot and meat to bite-sized pieces. (I used fish tofu instead of meat and it was delicious! I also omitted onion because I didn't know I ran out of it :S)

Heat vegetable oil and brown your meat first. Add cabbage, onion and carrot. Saute over medium high heat for a few minutes.
