Gather ur supplies
Prep u chicken thighs..
Mix lime juice , rind , soy , honey and salt
Make cuts on the thighs and marinate in the mixture for a minimum of 30 mins
Heat oil in a pan and pan fry . Slowly add the remaining marinade spoon by spoon and some pepper for seasoning.
Serve hot with mashed potatoes
- 2.0 Chicken thighs
- 2.0Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1.0 Lime ( juice n rind)
- 1.0Tbsp Honey
- Salt n pepper
- Oil
