Cut the fat off
Cut into thin strips and if is a wide steak cut into half long ways
1/2 c of flour to start in your bowl
Lightly cover all of your steak fingers
Tap extra flour off
Add crisco or your choice of oil to pan just enough to cover the bottom
Add steak and cook until the steak no long bleeds and begins to become crunchy. Sorry About the blurry picture
