Gather all ingredients
Carefully cut capsicum
Poor in capsicum and tomatoes
Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard and olive oil in a jar and shake!!!
Put the dressing in the salad and toss with tongs
Spray pan with olive oil and turn the heat on high
Seal both sides for 30 seconds
Keep the temperature on high heat and let it sit on one side for 2 minutes
Turn the heat off and let it rest
Plate up, add salt and pepper if you like and enjoy
