Start off with a clear nail tip (this is what will illuminate the polish)

After that just stamp (or freehand) the black on and add a topcoat \ud83d\ude0a

  • Clear nail tip
  • Black polish
  • Various jelly polishes
  • Top coat
  • Nail glue (to apply to the nail)
