INGREDIENTS
Peel z squash, wrap with a parchment paper then in foil. (Aluminum doesn't touch z squash). Wrap z sweet potatoes in foil without peeling. Put all on a tray... in z oven. Turn it on 180 C (1 hr-1:30)

I would serve simply in chunks

Both at the table. Without adding anything. They have an earthy roasted sweet taste. Wonderful...
For a more formal presentation. You just mash them with a fork and use your imagination.
